The designated camp entrance will only be staffed and unlocked during the following times:
-
9:00–9:15 AM – Morning Drop-Off
-
2:00 PM – Half-Day Pick-Up
-
4:00 PM – Extended Day Pick-Up

Outside of these times, the camp entrance will remain locked and unattended.

If you plan to arrive outside of our regular drop-off or pick-up times, please call or text us in advance so we know to expect you and can have your camper ready.
Wednesday:
Please have your child wear an old white T-shirt for our Color War! We will be using Holi color powder during our celebration at the end of the full camp day, so campers should expect to go home colorful and messy. To help keep the school clean, dismissal will take place outside on the playground.

Campers will also be making and taking home their tie-dye shirts on Wednesday! Please keep the shirt in the Ziploc bag we provide and do not wash it until Thursday to allow the dye to fully set.

Tie-Dye Shirt Care Instructions
Please wait until Thursday before washing your child's tie-dye shirt to allow the dye to fully set.
-
Rinse First: Rinse the shirt under cold running water until the water runs mostly clear. Keep the shirt unfolded while rinsing.
-
Wash: Machine wash by itself in hot water using a mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
-
Dry: Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Friday:
Campers should wear their tie-dye masterpieces on Friday. The Art Show is at 2:45. Please wait outside and we will open the doors when we are ready to begin. Please use the 96 Otis St. entrance on the hill. There is no Extended Day on Fridays. After the Art Show, campers will be dismissed directly to their families. Before leaving, please remember to collect all of your child's artwork, backpack, water bottle, lunch box, and any other belongings.
